Role Description
The Executive Customer Support (Fresher) role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. The role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing prompt assistance in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels. The Executive Customer Support team member will manage customer orders, resolve concerns,



and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with kitchen and service staff, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and escalating technical or service issues when needed. The role also requires maintaining a professional demeanor, following company policies, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with an ability to handle queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with guests and collaborate with team members.
