Roles & Responsibilities
- Own reliability of production services (including financial transaction systems)
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for safe deployments

- Automate deployment, rollback, and recovery workflows
- Improve system reliability metrics (SLOs, MTTR, uptime)
