What Youll Do:
- Leading and managing IT service teams to achieve operational excellence and drive high-quality service delivery.
- Developing and implementing IT service management strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within IT services.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects,
