Job Summary

We are hiring a Corporate Travel Booking Support Specialist to support business travel operations for U.S.-based employees. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate travel booking, managing end-to-end travel arrangements, and working with Travel Management Company (TMC) tools in a rapid-paced shared services environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Travel Booking
- Book domestic air travel using approved Travel Management Company (TMC) tools.
- Manage standard, complex, urgent, and group travel itineraries.
- Process booking changes, cancellations, exchanges, and ticket reissues.
- Ensure accurate traveler profiles and itinerary details.

Hotel & Ground Transportation
- Coordinate hotel reservations through corporate lodging platforms.
- Process hotel modifications and cancellations as per policy.
- Arrange rental cars, rail bookings, and other ground transportation requirements.

Traveler Support




- Assist employees with travel booking processes and travel-related queries.
- Provide timely support during travel disruptions, delays, and cancellations.
- Deliver after-hours support for U.S.-based travelers as required.

Process & Compliance
- Follow established travel policies, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate booking records in travel management or ticketing systems.
- Meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), turnaround times, and quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Travel Booking, Travel Operations, or Shared Services.
- Experience supporting U.S. domestic business travel.
- Hands-on experience with travel booking platforms such as Concur, Amex GBT, CWT, or similar TMC tools.
