We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Executive at Chandigarh to manage end-to-end procurement, vendor coordination, imports, logistics, and inventory planning for Zevpoint.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international procurement, from supplier negotiation and purchase orders to final delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, production schedules, dispatches, documentation, and fulfilment.
- Handle imports and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners.
- Forecast demand and plan purchases to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Track shipments and ensure timely movement of goods to our warehouses, Amazon fulfilment centres, and other locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning and order fulfilment.
- Maintain procurement, import/export, and logistics documentation and records.




- Identify and resolve supply chain, vendor, and logistics issues proactively.
- Work on cost optimization across procurement, freight, and logistics.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Robust negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in procurement, imports, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, stakeholders, and deadlines.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the complete supply chain from supplier to final fulfilment.
