General Responsibilities Market Activation
- Assist in updating and maintaining market-level templates (e.g., industry placemats and Bio Books) by performing targeted research using the internet, LinkedIn, ChatBDO, and the BDO Market Growth Portal to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Manage reconciliation of market-level marketing budgets by analyzing budget-to-actual data, identifying misallocated expenses, and preparing and submitting reclass requests with appropriate supporting detail to ensure accurate general ledger alignment.
- Support the end-to-end invoice process for local market invoices by submitting requisitions, ensuring accurate coding aligned with budget guidance, coordinating with Accounts Payable, and tracki
