WE ARE HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE (CONSTRUCTION / REAL ESTATE)

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the construction and real estate industry, specifically in flat and villa sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote and sell residential projects, including flats, villas, and individual house construction services.
- Handle customer enquiries, conduct project presentations, and arrange site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation,



and project execution teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales reports to the management.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in flat and villa sales within the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Preference:
Candidates with experience in residential construction projects, villa construction, apartment sales, or real estate marketing will be given preference.
