1. Accounting Entries
- Pass daily accounting entries in Tally (Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, Journal)
- Maintain proper records of invoices and vouchers
- Assist in ledger creation and basic reconciliations

2. Day-to-Day Accounting Support
- Maintain purchase and sales records
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking

3. GST & Compliance Support
- Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliation
- Support senior team in GST return working (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Maintain proper documentation for compliance

4. MIS & Reporting Support
- Assist in preparing basic MIS reports in Excel
- Update daily reports and data sheets
- Provide data support to senior team as required

5. Documentation & Filing
- Maintain proper filing of invoices and accounting records
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Support audit and internal checks

Key Skills Required




- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Tally
- Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot – preferred)
- Positive attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow

Qualification & Experience
- B.Com Graduate (Fresher / 0–2 years experience)
- Basic accounting and Tally knowledge is mandatory

- Timely completion of assigned tasks
