Role Description
This full-time, in office Category Manager role is based in Coimbatore. The Category Manager will oversee assigned product or service categories, develop category strategies, and manage end-to-end procurement activities to ensure optimal cost, quality, and supplier performance. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends and spend data, identifying opportunities for cost savings, negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers,



and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders such as procurement, finance, and sales teams. The role also involves monitoring supplier performance, managing category budgets, supporting sales initiatives with relevant insights, and preparing regular reports and presentations for management. The Category Manager is expected to maintain strong vendor relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to continuous improvement in category performance.
