Job Role: Automotive Systems Engineer (IVI & MBSE)

Experience: 5-13 Years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop system architecture for Automotive Infotainment (IVI) and Connected Vehicle platforms.
- Analyze customer and business requirements and translate them into detailed system-level specifications.
- Perform functional decomposition and define interfaces across multiple vehicle subsystems.
- Develop and maintain MBSE models using
SysML v2
.
- Create and maintain engineering artifacts including: Capability Models, Sequence Diagrams, Functional Architectures, End-to-End System Views, Interface Definitions
- Lead requirements engineering activities, including authoring, decomposition, traceability, and validation.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, integration, validation, and product engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with
ASPICE
,
V-Model
, and automotive development standards.
- Create Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios using




Gherkin
.
- Manage engineering workflows using
JIRA
,
JAMA
, and ALM tools.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–13 years of experience in Automotive Systems Engineering.
- Robust experience in
Infotainment (IVI)
, Connectivity, or Connected Vehicle platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
.
- Strong knowledge of
SysML v2
.
- Experience using
Cameo Systems Modeler
and/or
MagicDraw
.
- Strong understanding of System Architecture and Functional Decomposition.
- Hands-on experience in Requirements Engineering and Requirement Management.
- Experience with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) using
Gherkin
.
- Working knowledge of
ASPICE
and
V-Model
.
- Experience using
JIRA
,
JAMA
, Excel, and ALM tools.
