Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Heavy Engineering role located in Kalol Taluka.



The role involves overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes for valves and related components, working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient and reliable operations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with design and R&D; teams, monitoring shop floor activities, and supporting implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. The position requires active participation in problem-solving for technical issues, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with suppliers and customers when needed, and supporting project execution from planning through delivery.
