Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to real estate and lease management processes.
- Configure and support SAP RE-FX functionalities, including:
- Lease-In and Lease-Out Contracts
- Property Management
- Rental Object Management
- Real Estate Master Data
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Service Charge Settlement
- Design and configure lease accounting processes in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage rent calculations, recurring postings, index-based adjustments, and contract settlements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to real estate accounting.
- Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, Facilities, and Procurement teams.
- Work with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, reports, workflows, and custom developments.
- Prepare functional specifications and support development testing activities.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Support data migration,



cutover activities, and system upgrades.
- Resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Create and maintain configuration documents, process flows, and user guides.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX implementation and support projects.
- Solid understanding of real estate management and lease administration processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring SAP RE-FX modules.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
