Role & Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize retention and engagement campaigns using CRM platforms.
- Create engaging content for web push, app push notifications, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other CRM channels.
- Monitor various e-commerce websites and affiliate networks to discover trending deals and offers.
- Curate and publish deals, coupons, cashback offers, and promotional content across website, app & messaging platforms.
- Write compelling and conversion-focused copies for push notifications, campaigns, and promotional messages.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely promotions.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, SmartPing, or Countly) will be a plus.
- Robust content writing and communication skills.
- Experience in deals, coupons, cashback, or affiliate marketing is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
