Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of construction materials, MEP items, equipment, and other project-related requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices,



and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing and approvals.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and store teams to understand procurement requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Track material deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues with vendors.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and pricing trends.
- Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality and project timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within the Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industry.
