Key Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience in US/Canada Recruitment, with a minimum of 6 years in team management.
- Track record of successful client management, and recruitment operations.
- Experience in T4 and T4A recruitment is a plus.
- Ability to comprehend various technologies like Java/J2ee, .NET, QA, DBA, ERP, Cloud, Computing, etc.
- Must be accountable for the overall performance, delivery, and operational success of assigned client accounts, including meeting SLAs, achieving hiring targets, driving team productivity, maintaining client satisfaction, and proactively identifying and resolving delivery challenges.
- Proven leadership qualities with go getting nature are a must to have skill.
- Must have worked in MSP model recruitment and should have hands-on experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).




- Ability to train and mentor new team members
