Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Market Research Analyst with 1–2 years of experience in market research, lead generation, business intelligence, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying target markets, researching prospective clients, analyzing competitors, and supporting business development initiatives through actionable market insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers to generate qualified business leads.
- Perform competitor analysis, company profiling, and market intelligence research.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases using online research and lead generation tools.
- Validate contact information through email verification tools and maintain CRM records.




- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze market data and prepare research reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Manage and update customer databases while ensuring data accuracy.
- Support email marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on research findings.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Market Research, Business Research, Lead Generation, or Research Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Lusha, Hoovers, or similar research platforms.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, data mining, web research, and database management.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or SuiteCRM.
- Excellent internet research and analytical skills.
