Role Description
The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including managing ledgers, reviewing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role includes preparing monthly and annual financial reports, assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and supporting internal and external audits. The Accounts Manager will coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to reconcile accounts,



resolve discrepancies, and maintain transparency in financial transactions. The position requires regular interaction with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage payments, collections, and compliance with relevant financial regulations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ludhiana.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.
- Able to manage staff and allocate tasks
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of taxation, GST, invoicing, and compliance with local accounting and regulatory standards.
- Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
