Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for Content Strategy, Posting, Account managing, and ADs optimizing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars, content strategies, and campaign plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, scripts, and content briefs for social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and creators to ensure timely content production and publishing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities.




- Manage client communication, content approvals, feedback, and day-to-day account servicing.
- Conduct client meetings, present strategies and reports, and maintain solid client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve client growth objectives.

Required Skill Sets
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Excellent copywriting, content planning, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars and campaign workflows.
- Strong client servicing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
