Job Description
- Create & Monitor Marketing & Sales Plan to meet companys goals in terms of top line and bottom-line
- Providing annual marketing plan with monthly breakup region wise and submitting all the required reports to the directors.
- Guide and drive key promotional campaigns to enable achievement of objectives and measure its effectiveness
- Expand network all over India
- Designed and implement strategy for the assigned distributor network.
- Train and develop team members for taking up future responsibilities in the Organization
- Positive Emotional Quotient/ Man Management experience




- Ability to draw customer engagement plans
- Good analytical / conceptual / logical skills / Brand Management Exposure of at least 6-8 years.

- Capable of implementing companys vision and mission
- Product presentation & persuasion skill,
- Passionate for market research & business development activities and aggression for sales,
- Liaison and networking skills,
- Ability to gather competitors information,
- Compassion for extensively travelling and meeting people
