Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage FileNet Content Management System (CMS) for IBM WebSphere ICC, ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business rules and workflows for document management processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on FileNet CMS features and functionality.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role as a Filenet Administrator or related field.
- Robust understanding of IBM WebSphere ICC technology stack including Java-based applications.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as FileNet Content Management System (CMS).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident management, problem resolution, change control, etc.
