Engineering Responsibility :
- Responsible for Mechatronics ( BCM,PEPS, RF/LF, Gateway) System Requirements, Specification Development
- Preparation of S/W and H/W Design inputs and Review documents of HMI and displays
- Ensure Robustness of the Design &Documents; with detailed gateway review with check sheets for RFI,RFQ, Development and Delivery notes
- CFT handling and delivery of product to vehicle project, plant with milestones
- Organize issue resolution CFT meeting Day to Day activity and adhere change management process on closer of NGs
- Prepare and Approve Design & Process documents on DFMEA /PFMEA and PPAP for SOP
- Update and publish roadmap of BCM with variant matrix w.r.t architecture and vehicle
- Prepare documents for project technical and decision meetings
- Weekly report to hierarchal manager

Basic Qualification:
- BE/ME Electronics with 4-12 yrs hands-on experience in OEM on delivering components to vehicle products
- Know how and knowledge on electronics engineering principles and applications




- Experience of working in automotive engineering and product lifecycle until SOP and Quality control as advantage
- Proactive and quick response to the hard/open critical & priority points
- Respect/Achieve the targets of cost, performance, delay and quality of each versions of BCM
- Team player ability to co-ordinate and drive the team for hard points solution

- Transparent and sharp communicator, ability to work and contribute continuous improvements way
- Ability to manage several projects of varying magnitude simultaneously
- Have good relationship and Management with CFTs ,suppliers and external stakeholders in multicultural environment
- Regular Reporting to hierarchal manager and project to any important achievement/hard points/risk
- Conduct regular Design reviews and escalate issues need attention from other CFT /Management
- Have experience in diagnostics tools like Canalyser/CANoe and Europe and all regions development
