This is a Performance Marketing role focused on paid advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads). *This is not an SEO, content marketing, or social media management role*.

About the role:

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to own end-to-end paid campaign management for our e-commerce clients. You'll be directly responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with transparent accountability for delivering client results (ROAS, CAC, revenue growth).

Google Ads is the core of this role, but strong hands-on Meta Ads experience is equally important. Familiarity with Shopify and the broader e-commerce ecosystem is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management (End-to-End)
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: strategy, account structure, setup, launch, optimization, and scaling across Google Ads (Search, Shopping/PMax, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to consistently hit client targets ROAS, CPA, CAC, and revenue goals.
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages,



and ad copy to continuously improve performance.
- Plan and execute full-funnel strategies: prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns.

E-commerce Platforms (Shopify & WordPress)
- Work closely with Shopify-based stores: product feeds, Google Merchant Center, catalog setup for Meta, and conversion rate considerations on product/landing pages.
- Comfortable working with WordPress / WooCommerce sites landing pages, plugins for tracking setup, and WooCommerce product feeds.
- Understand e-commerce metrics deeply — AOV, LTV, conversion rate, cart abandonment — and use them to shape campaign strategy.

Feed Optimisation
- Own product feed quality for Google Shopping/PMax and Meta catalog ads — optimise titles, descriptions, product types, GTINs, and custom labels to improve impression share and relevance.
