Role Purpose

The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources function in strengthening employee experience, HR Business Partnering support, and driving process excellence across the VCC. The role is designed for a high-potential early-career talent who is keen to build a robust foundation in strategic HR, people analytics, process improvement, employee engagement, and HR governance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support employee engagement, onboarding, recognition, and culture initiatives that strengthen a positive employee experience and reinforce the PruWays.




- Assist in driving PruWay activation programs, culture workshops, employee communications, and campaigns that encourage adoption of PruWay behaviours and PruSteps.
- Gather and analyse employee feedback, onboarding insights, and engagement data to identify opportunities to improve employee experience and wellbeing.
- Create employee stories, recognition content, and communication materials that showcase and celebrate employees living the PruWay values
2. HR Business Partner Support
- Support HRBP execution across employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, employee connects, internal movements, retention actions and engagement follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing workforce dashboards, org-level trackers, headcount summaries and business review materials.
- Capture and consolidate employee themes, manager inputs and action items for HRBP follow-through.
