Objectives of the role

Build,



foster and maintain long-term and high-quality relationships with important customers at all levels including senior management

Identify customer needs and bridge this gap through effective solutions that increase the company’s profitability

Increase Yokogawa share in Major customers and meet revenue objectives

Improve customer satisfaction, particularly in the case of key account holders

Boost customer loyalty by developing and organising customer service initiatives that satisfy the key account holders

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust, trust-based, long-term relationships with key customers at all levels including senior management of Yokogawa and that of the major customers

Work with customer data to identify trends and opportunities that can benefit both the company and our customers. Create and implement account plans to maximize revenue, and leverage upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
