Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, developing current business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
