Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) Developer
with hands-on expertise in designing, developing, integrating, and configuring IBM ODM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining business rules, decision services, and rule-based applications to support enterprise business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and implement business rules and decision services using IBM ODM.

✅ Configure and customize IBM ODM components based on business requirements.

✅ Develop, test, deploy, and maintain rule applications and decision automation solutions.

✅ Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

✅ Integrate IBM ODM with enterprise applications, APIs, and external systems.

✅ Create and manage rule repositories, rule flows, and decision tables.

✅ Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ODM applications.





✅ Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

✅ Support production deployments, incident resolution, and application enhancements.

✅ Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills
✔ 4–5 years of hands-on experience with
IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager)

✔ Experience in designing, developing, integrating, and configuring IBM ODM solutions.

✔ Robust knowledge of
Decision Center
and
Decision Server
.

✔ Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
➕ Experience in enterprise-scale rule-based applications.

➕ Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

➕ Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
