Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of IT experience, including strong healthcare domain expertise. The candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of healthcare technology projects and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budget, quality, security, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, from planning and execution through deployment, hypercare, and closure.
- Define project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, financials, status reports, and governance dashboards.
- Lead cross-functional onshore and offshore teams across business analysis, development, testing, data, infrastructure, security, and support.
- Manage client stakeholders, product owners, senior leadership, vendors, and external partners.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, scope changes, quality,



and financial performance.
- Conduct project reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status presentations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate release planning, production deployment, transition, and operational readiness.
- Support proposals, estimations, statements of work, change requests, and resource planning.

Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects.
- Strong healthcare payer, provider, insurance, or healthcare technology experience.
- Experience managing application development, modernisation, integration, cloud, data, or digital-transformation projects.
- Experience leading distributed onshore-offshore teams.
- Robust project governance, risk management, financial management, and stakeholder-management skills.
