The Roku, HTML5 TV and Voice Apps Program Manager is responsible for working with Product Management, Engineering, and Technical leadership to facilitate the execution and delivery of multiple iterative updates and new releases across Viacom s portfolio of Roku, HTML5 TV and Voice apps. This entails independently leading the complex, business critical activities that will involve integrating the work of multiple teams. Technical dependency management is a key responsibility so a strong understanding of how various integrated systems power content into TV apps is a must.

The ideal candidate will partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Content Operations, and various Tech teams to promote collaboration and coordination amid competing priorities to ensure strategic and tactical product goals are delivered. Candidate will also need to have an understanding or be adept at learning the nuances of how the Viacom s API impacts the user experience of our apps so as to efficiently manage delivery dependencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:





Drive Delivery of Roku and HTML5 TV app updates and current app releases
Manage the technical dependencies across CMS endpoints, API feeds, Search feeds and be able to articulate to stakeholders how it can impact Video Playback and the overall user experience on Roku and other HTML5 based connected tv devices like Xbox, TiVo etc.
Collaborate with central product teams such as Ads, Metrics, Video Player, User Platform to coordinate releases for Roku and HTML5 TV apps across all Viacom Brands.
Provide a bi-weekly update to executive steering committee on the overall program RAG status, upcoming milestones, key feature highlights and any major risks
Facilitate program-level ceremonies, processes, and overall execution
Manage vendor teams to help deliver on Roku and HTML5 TV initiatives
Facilitate efforts across complex programs and operationalize activities to streamline app onboards
Independently manage activities and resolve conflict withi
