Role Description
This is a full-time Riders role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility where applicable to role-related tasks. Riders will be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels, documents,



and packages within assigned routes while ensuring timely, safe, and accurate deliveries. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with dispatch teams, using mobile applications for navigation and delivery updates, and following company protocols for handling shipments and customer interactions. Riders will maintain their vehicles in good working condition, adhere to traffic and safety regulations, and proactively report any issues, delays, or incidents to supervisors. The role requires consistent punctuality, professional conduct with customers and partners, and collaboration with operations teams to meet service-level agreements.
