Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in
Gurugram.
The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and referred clients, understand their requirements, and present appropriate bespoke furniture solutions. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, including consultations, quotations, follow-ups, and closing orders while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.



The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with design and production teams to align client expectations with workshop capabilities and timelines. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, supporting showroom presentations, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.

Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and post-sales follow-up.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong spoken and written English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of interior design, furniture, or lifestyle products, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Comfort with using CRM systems or digital tools for lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Proven experience in retail, luxury, furniture, or design-focused sales roles is preferred.
