Role Description
The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Varanasi in a full time capacity, driving growth for Mastermind Gurukul’s sales and marketing training programs. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing leads from inquiry through enrollment, and building strong relationships with prospective students, corporate partners, and other stakeholders. The role involves conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and digital channels,



presenting course offerings, and clearly communicating the value of AI-powered digital marketing and sales education. The Business Development Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, coordinate with academic and marketing teams, and support promotional events, seminars, and workshops to increase brand visibility and admissions.
