We are looking for an experienced (1 to 5 years) Air Export personnel to join our team. The role involves preparing export and ensuring smooth filing, cargo movement and clearance. The ideal candidate will possess solid operational knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments efficiently.
- Proven experience in Air Export Operations (preferably in freight forwarding/logistics).
- Knowledge of airline documentation, pricing negotiation and E-AWB exectuion process.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and email handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare AWB, MAWB, and HAWB.
- Submit ASI, E-AWB, and prepare Gate Pass.
- Prepare Final Handover Set for the airline.
- Co-ordinate with customers and airlines for carting and amendments.
- Follow up on shipments to ensure timely movement and delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for smooth clearance.
