POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position, Analyst - Digital Software Contracts, is for Entry-level Procurement professional. This role carries out processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis.
It requires a mix of transactional, technology and organizational skills, and the enthusiasm to keep pace with RTX dynamic agenda. The position helps with assisting global contracts team in IT Sourcing space.
The ideal candidate will build experience in IT Software and Services & knowledge in Sourcing process. Familiarity with sourcing process is preferred but not mandatory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Maintain and update contracts in the Contract Management Systems (e.g. Contracts Tracker, Ariba etc.).
Support and follow through to execution for MTA, MSA, Order Forms and NDAs and associated amendments.
Supports the preparation of request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.
Assembles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information for analysis.
Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track and manage contract renewals to ensure timely closure.
Manage contract execution workflow via Docusign and track completion
Coordinate with the PO team for PO creation and to monitor related progress
