As we scale our operations to smoothly manage 130+ active client accounts, we need a meticulous, highly organized Freelance E-Commerce & Marketplace Listing Specialist to ensure our clients' product catalogs are flawlessly deployed across all major sales channels.

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Catalog Specialist who excels at platform-specific product optimization. You will not be responsible for running ad campaigns or media buying. Your sole focus is the meticulous uploading, formatting, and SEO optimization of product listings across Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Amazon, and Flipkart.



You will ensure that our clients are perfectly positioned as authoritative suppliers, product data feeds are error-free, and listings are fully optimized to rank organically within marketplace algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Upload, update, and manage extensive product catalogs across Shopify, Amazon (Seller Central), Flipkart, and Google Merchant Center.
- Feed Optimization & Troubleshooting: Manage Google Merchant Center product feeds, actively fixing feed errors, resolving account suspensions, and ensuring all GTIN/MPN data is accurate.
- Marketplace SEO: Write highly optimized, keyword-rich product titles, bullet points, and backend search terms tailored specifically for Amazon's A9 algorithm and Flipkart's search engine.
