Role Summary
- Position:
Process Associate (Full-Time, On-site)
- Location:
Sonipat, Haryana, India (Must be local or willing to relocate)
- Core Focus:
Support day-to-day e-commerce and media operations by handling data entry, catalog/content updates, customer queries, and workflow tracking while meeting strict service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Qualifications
- Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Technical:
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically
strong Excel skills
for data handling.
- Attributes:
High attention to detail, ability to meet fast-paced deadlines, and a cooperative mindset.
- Preferred:
Any Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate will also work, or a related field, plus prior experience in e-commerce, operations, or BPO.
