Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead strategic marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen brand visibility among global sustainability stakeholders, partners, and farming communities. The role involves driving demand generation, brand and content marketing, PR, social media growth, farmer engagement, and events while supporting business growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support business growth and lead generation.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, messaging, and compelling marketing content across digital and offline channels.




- Create farmer-facing communication assets and execute rural outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Build relationships with media, ecosystem partners, and local stakeholders to strengthen brand presence.
- Own LinkedIn content strategy, community engagement, and paid social media campaigns.
- Explore and develop new communication channels to reach farmers and rural communities.
- Plan and manage events, sponsorships, speaker opportunities, and marketing activations.
- Drive PR initiatives through media outreach, award applications, and ecosystem engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Leverage marketing tools such as HubSpot, Figma, and other digital platforms to improve campaign execution and performance.
