Responsibilities

* Make inbound/outbound calls.

* Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.

* Record customer interactions accurately.

*Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Freshers are welcome Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
