Position Summary

We are seeking a highly competent HR Executive Talent Acquisition with proven experience in recruiting for International Voice Processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates who possess excellent English communication skills and are capable of succeeding in client interviews.

This role requires an HR qualified with strong communication assessment skills who can identify client-ready candidates and contribute to maintaining high recruitment quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on client and business requirements.
- Conduct HR interviews and communication assessments.
- Schedule interviews with Process Managers and client interview panels.
- Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate candidate follow-ups and interview schedules.
- Manage offer rollouts and pre-onboarding activities.





Communication Assessment (Mandatory Responsibility)

The HR Executive will be responsible for evaluating candidates on:
- English fluency
- Grammar and sentence formation
- Pronunciation
- Neutral accent
- Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)
- Confidence
- Listening skills
- Vocabulary
- Professional communication
- Telephone etiquette

Only candidates meeting Hutah Technologies' communication standards should be recommended for further rounds.

Recruitment Quality Management
- Conduct structured HR interviews using standardized evaluation scorecards.
- Identify candidates requiring coaching before client interviews.
- Maintain detailed interview evaluation reports.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions.
- Work closely with Process Managers and QA teams to improve selection ratios.
- Analyze client rejection feedback and continuously improve screening quality.
