We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Insurance Team Lead
to manage and guide a team of insurance professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the insurance sector, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve business and operational targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
- Assign tasks, review work, and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer or operational issues effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.




- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Qualifications

- Experience in General Insurance, Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, or related insurance domains is preferred.
