We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, creativity, and performance marketing. This role isn't about managing the corporate brandit's about making every product launch a success through compelling storytelling, content, and digital execution.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll own the marketing journey of multiple product categories—from launch planning to campaign execution and performance analysis. You'll work cross-functionally with product, creative, content, influencer marketing, ecommerce, and performance teams to ensure every launch creates impact.

Product Marketing
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and key value propositions for current launches.
- Create GTM (Go-to-Market) plans for new products across digital channels.
- Define target audience, customer personas,



and communication strategies.
- Translate technical product features into simple, compelling consumer benefits.
- Build launch calendars and ensure seamless execution across all teams.

Campaign Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute digital-first campaigns for product launches.
- Brief and collaborate with creative, design, video and content teams to develop launch assets.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across ecommerce, website, social media, paid ads, marketplaces and influencer content.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and manage multiple product launches simultaneously.

Performance Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Develop hooks, messaging angles, scripts and creative concepts optimized for Meta, Google and other digital platforms.
