Responsibilities:

• Assess current and future hiring needs and prepare workforce forecasts

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

• Source candidates proactively to fill current vacancies and build talent pipelines

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description creation, screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

• Support employee retention and development initiatives

• Act as the SPOC and oversee the recruitment teams activities

• Plan and participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other hiring events

• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement





• Handle HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding

• Robust understanding of various selection methods and assessment techniques

• Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and sourcing tools

• Ability to understand role requirements, responsibilities, and competencies

• Highly organised with the ability to maintain and manage candidate databases

• Strategic mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
