Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles at Lenskart.com, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. This internship role is on-site and based in Patna. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes,
coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The intern will assist in scheduling and following up with candidates, updating applicant tracking systems or spreadsheets, and supporting employer branding initiatives. This role also involves collaborating with hiring managers, preparing basic reports on hiring activities, and learning best practices in contemporary recruitment and HR operations.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of human resources, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition concepts.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
