About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially astute skilled to join our Founders Office as a Business Growth & Strategic Partnerships Lead.

This role goes beyond traditional business development. You will work closely with the Founder to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, expand into new markets, and drive high-impact initiatives that contribute to the companys long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

* Identify and develop new business opportunities across India and international markets.

* Build and nurture strategic partnerships with luxury brands, hospitality groups, healthcare professionals, sports organisations, corporate clients, and other high-value businesses.

* Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, and outbound outreach.

* Prepare proposals,



negotiate commercial terms, and drive partnerships to successful closure.

Founders Office

* Work closely with the Founder to execute strategic business initiatives.

* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

* Track and follow up on key discussions and business opportunities.

* Handle confidential and high-value communications with professionalism and discretion.

Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion

* Research emerging industries, market trends, and expansion opportunities.

* Develop persuasive outreach campaigns and business presentations.

* Represent the company at meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

* Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, investors, and industry leaders.

Commercial & Business Analysis

* Evaluate business opportunities from both commercial and strategic perspectives.
