Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Delivery

•
Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.

•
Maintain accurate project documentation — including project charters, status reports, RACI matrices, risk registers, and decision logs.

•
Drive milestone tracking and ensure accountability across all workstreams and delivery partners.

•
Facilitate structured governance forums, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

•
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, IT teams, procurement, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

•
Manage vendor relationships and hold delivery partners accountable to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.

•
Translate technical information into clear, concise updates for non-technical audiences.

•
Navigate competing priorities and facilitate decisions across cross-functional teams.

Risk & Issue Management

•




Proactively identify, log, and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.

•
Maintain change control processes and ensure that scope changes are assessed, approved, and documented.

•
Implement mitigations and contingency plans to protect project delivery timelines.

Regional Coordination

•
Coordinate deployments across multiple APAC sites and markets, accounting for local regulatory, operational, and cultural considerations.

•
Partner with country-level IT and facilities teams to plan and sequence rollout activities.

•
Support wave-based or phased delivery models, managing dependencies between sites.

Programme & Portfolio Support

•
Contribute to broader programme planning, supporting the development of roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans.

•
Assist in onboarding new projects to portfolio governance frameworks.

•
Track perks realisation and lessons learnt to inform continuous improve
