Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service Associate with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support restaurant operations by delivering quality customer service while adhering to the organization's service, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
- Accurately receive and serve food and beverage orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other operational teams to ensure timely service.
- Address customer requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues where appropriate.




- Comply with all applicable food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace policies.
- Support opening, closing, and other operational activities as assigned.
- Perform additional duties relevant to the role, as reasonably assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality, Restaurant, Café, or Hotel operations.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
