- A Customer Success Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients or customers of a company.

- Upselling or cross-selling products or services :
Responsible for suggesting additional products or services to customers. They must have a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to make relevant suggestions.
- Collaborating with other departments : Needs to collaborate with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to provide comprehensive customer service. They should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams.
- Continuously improving customer service : Should be proactive in identifying areas for improvement in customer service. They may suggest new processes, training programs, or technologies to enhance customer experience.
