We are hiring for the role of Medical Interpretation Assistant

Job Description:
- Provide accurate Japanese-English and English-Japanese interpretation for patients, doctors, and hospital staff.
- Facilitate clear and culturally appropriate communication between Japanese clients and English-speaking personnel.
- Accompany patients to hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities as needed.
- Translate medical and administrative documents when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ensure timely and precise communication to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support in preparing reports and documentation related to patient interactions.

Required Skills:
- Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
- Certification: JLPT N2 / N3 (or currently pursuing N2).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Japanese culture and etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Prior experience in language interpretation or translation will be an added advantage.
