Your Mission

Build NFIS into one of India’s most respected business brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Own NFIS’s complete social media strategy.

* Create content calendars aligned with business objectives.

* Publish high-quality content consistently across platforms.

* Develop founder stories, investor insights, business case studies, and industry content.

* Manage LinkedIn growth campaigns targeting founders and CXOs.





* Coordinate with the design and video teams.

* Build engagement with entrepreneurs, investors, media, and franchise professionals.

* Monitor analytics and optimize performance.

* Execute organic growth strategies alongside paid campaigns.

* Cover live events, interviews, launches, and conferences.

* Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes.

* Protect and strengthen the NFIS brand image across all digital channels.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

✅ 4–8 years of qualified social media marketing experience

✅ Excellent copywriting and storytelling

✅ Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth

✅ Experience managing business or startup brands

✅ Social media analytics & reporting

✅ Content strategy development

✅ Community management

✅ Campaign planning

✅ Basic SEO knowledge
