Role Description
This internship opportunity for an HR Generalist (Pharma Recruitment) is a remote role, offering hands-on exposure to human resources in the pharmaceutical sector. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.



Day-to-day responsibilities may also include supporting HR operations such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and assisting with employee queries related to perks and policies. The role involves collaboration with hiring managers, updating HR records, and contributing to process improvements to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in pharma recruitment.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to learn and apply organizational guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of Benefits Administration and related HR processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
