Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures, managing staff shifts, and ensuring production targets are met

Customer Service: Foster a welcoming environment, ensure guest satisfaction, and promptly resolve customer complaints

Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas and food service staff to maintain high service standards

Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, dairy, syrups, and packaged food. Place orders with suppliers and conduct routine inventory audits

Quality Control & Equipment: Prepare specialty coffee and food items, ensure recipes are followed, and perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting on espresso machines and grinders

Financial Duties: Handle cash and digital transactions, manage the POS system, and track daily, weekly, or monthly sales and labor costs

Compliance & Sanitation: Enforce strict health and safety codes, maintain cleanliness standards for seating and preparation areas, and manage food safety protocols

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
